Just my 2 grosze that it would be nice to clarify this further - because as written now, that section does feel like it can cover too much, including, as mentioned, some classical paintings, so if the intention is to only cover Clearly Bad Stuff, it should be written to only cover Clearly Bad Stuff RE:
