I have a pen with a #scratchy nib, but it's an FA (flexy) nib ground to snap back to EF. So if it's made less scratchy, I will loose the snap back to a really thin line. What to do? The North Sea where I live near is always murky brownish. We had a lot of fun when fountain pens and inks came out with beautiful blue colours named after the North Sea for the Dutch Pen Show, which had that theme.
