So many things happening that most who pay attention already know. Yet there’s this umbrella that covers it all with the pretense that what we know always has a counter, can’t be proven, or is just too painful or too dangerous to contemplate speaking the truth about. Those who are paying attention also know that the line everyone is dancing on is so thin that we are risking the end of most of what we hold dear. It’s depressing. And it’s infuriating.
