Seasoning a cast iron grill pan and then headed to bed. Usually I face them upside down in the oven as that's what I was taught but this time it's right side up. Not sure if that actually makes much of a difference but I'll find out. I can't see why it would.

My wife amd daughters left with my sister to do some back to school shopping today, so it's just me and the animals home. Maeve (dog) is laying on the couch with me and Bella (cat) is giving us death glares from the dining room.

Does anybody know if dogs can safely eat crab apples? I assume they can. I know people say they cause upset stomach, etc. but I ate them all the time growing up without issue. I still do on occasion if I happen to pass them while hiking in the woods. Deer love them as well.

I'm so tired of friends dying of drug overdoses. Such a fucking sad and preventable way to go. If you have a problem, get help. If you know somebody suffering and dealing with addiction, keep trying to help them, don't give up on them. I went from smoking a gram of heroin a day to being clean for 6+ years now. You can make a better life for yourself.

Here's another example of why I need a real camera and not just my phone. Managed to catch 4 bald eagles in a single shot. 3 of them ended up flying directly over my head at about 30 feet.
