As the exit doors in Western countries are closing due to the upcoming need to recollateralize the system, the question comes up ever more often: How can I use BitcoinVN as a non-Vietnam resident? Using the Cash Offices or Bitcoin ATM's is of course not a practical solution if you have no boots on the ground. Not often talked about, but: Up to 250,000 VND (~10 USD) you can use our service globally to convert Fiat into Sats without the need to create an account with our service. Yes, we know those limits are very low due to the risks associated with accepting unverified fiat funds - but for a small steady stacking option, it is a viable option. πŸ™‚ For anything more, there are alternative pathways - and our OTC desk team ( ) is happy to help you navigate your options.
For those, who don't know about us yet we will share some notes about the story & history about how #BitcoinVN came to be over the coming weeks and months. BitcoinVN ( nowadays operating under BitcoinVN.io ) - originally named "Bitcoin Vietnam" - was registered in December 2013 and launched #Vietnam's first Bitcoin Exchange in March 2014. Now, in hindsight and the year being 2024, the name "Bitcoin Vietnam" sounds certainly rather uninspired. But: In those early days the vast majority of the world (and local) population had not even ever(!) heard about #Bitcoin, a situation which is of course vastly different a decade on. In those very early days, as the very first and second wave of actual business in the Bitcoin ecosystem started to form, naming your company "Bitcoin XYZ" was a very normal thing to do. After all: There was NOBODY ELSE in the whole region/country/city being involved with Bitcoin at all besides you and a couple of handful of other guys who all knew each other from Bitcointalk... - those were the days.
Team BitcoinVN will be present at #TBC2024
