Every state, as well as the federal government, needs a strong anti-SLAPP law. Even the reddest states' legislatures understand there's nothing partisan about protecting journalists, activists and everyone else from anti-speech lawfare.

President Trump ordered the declassification of all remaining secret JFK, MLK, and RFK assassination records. A welcome move. But he shouldn’t stop there - he should order the declassification of ALL records older than 50 years.
