Well kids, the lesson is:
If a cop walks up and stands in front of your car, shoot him with your concealed carry pistol before driving away because ramming him with the car won’t kill the armed man intent on shooting you fast enough.
Thought I didn’t like lamb.
Made pan-seared lamb chops marinaded in olive oil, salt, and herbs de provence.
It was stellar. Not gamey and gross like I’ve had the few times I’ve eaten it while traveling.
10/10, will eat lamb again.
