Lord David Boateng will be speaking at BBA's 7th Blockchain International Scientific Conference ISC2025, to be held at UCL London on 4 April. Lord Paul Boateng is a civil rights activist lawyer, politician, and diplomat. He qualified as a solicitor in 1974 and was called to the Bar in 1989. He became Britain’s first Black Minister in 1997 when he was appointed Minister for Social Services, and subsequently Minister for the Police. He then went on to become Britain’s first Black Cabinet Minister as Chief Secretary to the Treasury in 2002.
