He recounted meeting a client in April 2024 who appeared “like a skeleton from the Holocaust movies,” still wearing the same underwear from October 7, 2023, and never allowed outside to see sunlight. Most shockingly, Marmarelli detailed a routine practice where prisoners scheduled for lawyer visits are removed from their cells at 6 a.m., beaten and raped by guards, then blindfolded, shackled in stress positions on their knees until 4 p.m. so they cannot identify their abusers, while courts refuse to address torture allegations and police ignore complaints.
