I've been thinking about
@Lyn Alden's post on looking up things you don't know. I realized it's the only thing that kept me better than my peers and well-respected at my job. I did some seminars to pass on some of my knowledge, but I realized they still wouldn't hold the torch and continue exploring further.
All of this while I have the lowest degree in education amongst all of them. Some people rely too heavily on others teaching them and giving them a piece of paper.
