Every time I make myself a bowl of #ramen, I have to remind myself that you are not actually supposed to drink all the broth. The broth is hyperseasoned, because it has to be to deliver proper seasoning to the noodles, when you pick them up out of the bowl.
Today's Ramen: Maruchan Seimen (Maruchan Gold in the US) Spicy Miso flavor, with added sliced pork cooked in onion base with ginger/garlic paste.
