Wow. Guess my discipline in cooking my own food in the truck on a permanent basis is working. A1C in September was 8.9. A1C as of Dec 17 is a 6.6. Am not gonna complain about it. Still gotta get my Dr off this rybelsus, mounjaro, ozempic kick though.
