I got three blueberry plants last year. They were tiny then but are putting on good size and even produced some fruit this year. Some of them dried out during the heat waves, so I collected the dried fruit. Now, I've placed one berry each into pots to see if they'll sprout. I didn't remove the seeds from the fruit or anything, just planted them whole. The hazelnut and willow also got to move from the water they rooted in to their own pots. Cultivation is such fun! #gardening

When I saved the chive seeds from the blossoms, I was sure some would be left, so I added all the blossoms to a planter. I completely forgot about them until I found the thin green poking through. I guess there were more than a few. #gardening #homesteading
