But based on what I saw I am confident it is a cult. This "frame control" is just conversational hypnosis. Cults use it. They constantly label or narrate your behavior ("you’re stepping into my frame," "this is all your fear talking") to position themselves as the one who defines reality. The goal is to make you doubt your own perceptions and react to their labels, which keeps you inside their frame and more suggestible. It doesn't help you to outsource your thinking or perception like this.
