Trial Tests Vitamin B3 Derivative for Long COVID A trial tested nicotinamide riboside (NR), a vitamin B3 derivative, for long COVID. Results were mixed overall, but exploratory analyses showed improvements in fatigue, sleep, mood, and some cognitive tasks after 10 weeks, suggesting some people may benefit from NR. Source:
