It strikes me as extremely odd that, in this day and age (photo taken this October), there is still someone reselling those old-fashioned PHP-based managed #hosting, less having no TLS (on the website, and no free TLS in its offerings) and trying to advertise it on paper, on a street lamppost, in no other place than in front of a university dorm (NYU's 80 Lafayette)...
