Feeling a boatload of *oof* watching this video. No, I’m not an elite athlete. No, I don’t push it as hard as these guys do. And no, mountain biking doesn’t take up the lion’s share of my riding. But as the video shows, life changing injuries can come out of nowhere, and I couldn’t imagine being out of the saddle for six months, let alone a lifetime. Cycling *defines* me now. It’s that important.
