Some are near active military zones, flood-prone, already overcrowded, or physically uninhabitable. The total area available is just 7 km², meaning roughly 1 million people would have only ~7 m² each. These spaces must accommodate not only shelter, but sanitation and infrastructure, creating impossible living conditions.
