Trying to build the ability to share a persons opinions over Nostr without also sharing the data feeds that were used to form those opinions. A computer nerd would say we're sharing a bayesian neural net via CRDT over a nostr event log using yjs resulting in an eventually consistent state. Carl Jung would call it sharing a subjective experience without a shared causal connection - synchronicity. In fact, Jung has a great name for all the stuff going on here.
some good news to those who got into bitcoins because of wikileaks.
Looks like if you want a job in east bay these days, you must be able to speak "NLP tokens" directly. At this rate, thought crime will be impossible within the next 3 version updates. image
speaking of plagiarism - I just copied nostr-crdt to a new repo - changed the name to y-ndk - (yjs is for crdts and ndk is for other stuff) - used ndk instead of nostr-tools - removed typescript - tested for less than 5 minutes here is a very dry 5 minute walkthrough
prep the children for kidical mass in Oakland Saturday
- An attempt to get nostr-crdt working with ndk. It doesn't work, but feels like it will work next week.
