Twice last night we took in someone who wanted to by pass the waiting room for a non-emergency care. (Rash between the toes, feeling sick for two days) Both went right to the waiting room. One left, called 911 to be taken to a different hospital and cussed us out when we told them we had to go to the closest hospital since we were in the drive way.
