There is a destortion in people’s idea of a bitcoin fork. Anyone can fork at anytime and it doesn’t stop. “the blocksize war” is a hyperbolic way to put it created by podcasters who because of their public positions felt dramatic about it.. in reality if you run your own node and or dont spend your bitcoin you don’t have to make a decision and you dont have risk.
