My parents 59 years ago today. I'm confident Mom has not remembered the day. I mentioned it when I saw her yesterday and she had no recollection of the significance of July 23rd anymore. They are standing on the steps outside the church where they were married in south Alabama. My father will have been dead 9 years in December. They managed to make it to 50 between his stroke and death. 2nd photo is outside of Mom's family home. #WayBackWednesday #Nostalgia
