Fun Fact That I Learned Today: The reason the Ferengi wear these things on the back of their heads (hechters) is that the prostethic masks don't go all the way to their necks and its to hide where they cut off. Quark seldom wore one on the show because the makeup people make a full back of the head mask for the actor so he didn't need one.
