Haven’t quite harnessed the alchemy of human communication/relationships. Can anybody recommend where to start?

I came up with the idea for NOIST last year, and then got the code ready, and now have the test vectors. The formal spec will be ready this week, the demo next week, and the security proof this year. 😎
