One of the best things I have learned as a female nomad is that I plan my activities according to my circles, not some outside calendar or holidays. And you'd be amazed how productive you are if you plan things according to your own energy level instead of some outside calendars - your body isn't designed to work like a robot five days a week and from 9 to 5; you are a living human being with rhythms: when tired, you take a break; when full of energy, you do things! So simple. I don't know how things work with men, but one tip I can give is to pay more attention to your partners, especially say/do less stupid things during certain times:) πŸ‘€
The path to regaining freedom is waking up from the illusion of security/safety and taking things back into your own hands, from as simple as verifying software to safeguarding your own money.

Free time and free mind is underrated. I feel like I'm back to being a full time student, but this time I got to choose what I truly want to learn. πŸ€“
Maybe I've only started to taste real life. - You can pick fruits and nuts directly from trees instead of buying from supermarkets without knowing where they come from. - You can get fresh milk from healthy and happy cows instead of buying packaged pasteurized milk that can be kept for months without knowing how the cows are doing. - You can just collect flowers in the wild, dry them, and make herbal tea instead of buying them without knowing how the soil is. - You can get fresh eggs from running around chickens instead of those barely walk in the crowded farms. - You can get honey from the bees, bees do most of the work to search for flowers in the wild. - You can get seafood directly from the open sea. - You get silk from cocoons, cotton from plants, wool from sheep or goats to make fabrics instead of from lab made plastic. - You can extract the dyes from roots, nuts, berries, and flowers instead from chemical labs, which promotes sustainability or organic, how funny. - The best skincare comes from within: the food you eat, the water you drink, the air you breathe, and the most important part your mood, instead of layer of layer skincare products. Aren't nature provide all the essential things that we need? If I can't get something from nature or with minimal touch from humans, maybe better stay away from them.
Take your happiness into your own hands - don't wait or expect someone else to make you happy ( really, no one owes you anything ). If you need someone else to make you happy, then it would easily lead to an unhealthy relationship... Learn to see other's company as a bonus, not a MUST, it's easier to be happy this way.
Running out of the soap that I bought from eastern Turkey, so I cracked two eggs and mixed them with honey to wash my hair, nomad hack of problem-solving! my hair is so soft and shining:) I think I'm gonna do an experiment of no soap for a while - I've stopped using any shampoo for about two years, and definitely no conditioner, it's insane to put so many chemicals in your body. πŸ€” My goal is to find out what's the best for my body instead of being told what I should use...
am I the only one thinks riding a horse is way cooler than driving a car? image
spring vibe - time to go back to MAKE things mode. 🐝
Turkish way of simple happiness: yemek, mΓΌzik, sanat ve aile. ( food, music, art, and family ) It's really interesting to see how certain values are seemingly not preferred or even bad in other cultural settings; I'm not necessarily saying what's right or wrong, but it's good to see what *actually* makes people deeply happy.
