🇦🇷 ARGENTINA CBI NEWS 🚨 1⃣ Milei’s government has launched a global tender for one firm to design Argentina’s entire new citizenship by investment program from scratch, including investment routes, amounts, due-diligence rules, and processing times. 2⃣ The program will be capped at 5,000 CBIs in the initial phase with 4 year contract. Firm selection will be based on technical quality and economic appeal. Submission deadline is by end of January for companies that want to sign up for tender. 3⃣ This could be the world’s only CBI fully designed by the private sector and then approved by the government. Let’s watch how it evolves. 4⃣ Expectation to start CBI might be end of 2026/beginning 2027. Program should be crafted by H2/2026. To win, a firm must prove strong technical, financial, and operational capacity, present all required documents, and meet detailed milestones. The selected firm becomes deeply responsible: full confidentiality, liability for damages, labor obligations, adequate insurance, strictly controlled subcontracting, and all IP created goes to the State. Payments are made in USD (or pesos for local entities) after milestone verification, and the State may even revoke the contract early if the program underperforms. Failure to meet key milestones triggers penalties and repeated failures allow the State to terminate the contract with no compensation. image

🇺🇸 Wyoming GRANITE Act! 1️⃣proposed state bill drafted by lawyer Preston Byrne to shield Wyoming residents and businesses from foreign censorship demands, such as EU's Digital Services Act notices, by allowing lawsuits with minimum $10 million damages and asset seizures against offending foreign entities. 2️⃣Authored in November 2025 as the first U.S. "foreign censorship shield" legislation, the bill challenges extraterritorial application of foreign laws by piercing sovereign immunity. 3️⃣If enacted federally under a Trump administration, it could trigger legal battles with the EU, empowering U.S. entities to resist content removal requests. In other words, position of FUCK YOU EU 🇪🇺! image
🚨 EU Age Verification Regulation It is not Chat Control. It is another regulation where EU is trying to do mass surveillance 📹in the name of "parenting" EU thinks that everyone must be totally stupid. Do not become "sheeple". The EU Parliament adopted a non-legislative resolution on November 26, 2025, proposing: 👇 1. a harmonized 16-year minimum age for social media access 2. parental consent for ages 13-16 3. banning use of social media under age of 13 4. endorsing EU age verification apps tied to the digital identity wallet What is next? - EU commission can approve or deny or return for changes - It is not a law yet. And it should not become a law in the sake of 450 million people. - bottom line: it is another mechanism how to have a control over whole EU population. How do you want to know who is teen vs. adult without ID verifying everyone? What to do: - if you do not like the digital authoritarianism and surveillance leading to restriction of freedom of speech, the best bet is to leave EU and do parenting in more freedom based countries. - there will be high chances of breaches stealing digital IDs from centralized data silos. - there is a chance to launch EU Digital identity wallet. - Use decentralized social platforms that cannot be mandated with age/ID verification. - Study digital privacy, learn how to be sovereign, do not be the product and hostage. Use privacy enhancing open source services. Minimize unwanted digital trace. image

🚨INDIA 🇮🇳 surveillance. EU is not the only one with surveillance ideas! 1. India mandated on November 28, 2025, that Apple and other smartphone makers pre-install the undeletable Sanchar Saathi app on new devices and push it to existing ones via updates. 2. enabling IMEI-based tracking of lost or stolen phones but facilitating broad government surveillance. 3. The app's requirement builds on a recent obligation of messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram to continuously link user accounts to their registration SIM cards using IMSI identifiers aiming to boost traceability and limit anonymous communication. Where the need to surveil and control population comes from?

Bitcoin treasury companies will be “the shitcoin” of this cycle.
KYC or non-KYC? To be or not to be. That was one of the topics at @BTC Prague I think that in 2025 this topic is not accented enough. It was a topic prior 2020 but in last years it seems that conversation about KYC implications disappeared. Guess which side I'm on? #bitcoin is a P2P electronic cash.
Why does it make sense to have a ₿ plan in place? This concept is not just for a small group of insiders, but for anyone trying to find a path to greater independence, personal sovereignty and autonomy. I deliberately do not use the word "freedom" because it has many levels. Of course, with greater freedom comes greater responsibility for one's own actions, which is why I find it more apt to use the word "autonomy". It’s a long read. But worth it. Took me many days to distill and wrap information for you in concise way. image
