@npub1xyd4...6xx0 and I have been working hard to create a new platform for the #tootcommunity Mastodon instance. It's completely open-source and built as Infrastructure as Code. Just did Hyrox fitness test. I think I died a little. Completed it in. 37 minutes. 1. 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline) 2. 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm) 3 100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended) 4. 1000m Row 5. 30 Push Up (Hand Release) 6. 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4 kg female) #Garmin #Hyrox
