A judgment was handed down today related to the COPA/Wright hearing in London on March 7. Mellor has imposed a three-year General Civil Restraint Order (GCRO) on Wright, infinitely extensible. A GCRO is the most restrictive of the types of restraint orders. It prevents Wright from bringing any legal action at all in England without first obtaining the court's permission.
