When the scene is taking way too long to get moving for plot pacing and/or overall story progression. As much as I want to paint a scene with as many descriptors as possible I don’t want the reader to stumbling along as if waiting for paint to dry. #writingcommunity

“Teh Waifu” got me so new footwear as a late Xmas gift. She figured my every day shoes/boots need a bi-yearly replacement. Boots have steel toes and zip ups while the shoes have a funky heel to them. Feel good. 👍
