Hash value is the average earning in satoshis, generated by a 1 TH/s mining capacity over the period of one day. image The value in the Zappool dashboard is computed from the total earnings of Zappool miners and their total hashrate, from the last 7-day period. It is currently 37-38 satoshis, so a 1 TH/s Bitaxe maked that much in one day on average.
