Gold is clunky, it has inflation, it is hard to verify...
But in a chaotic and post-truth world, gold is just solid.
For Bitcoin to dethrone gold, it has to earn that same trust with the normie, that it's just solid. That it infact is digital gold.
Therefore I think it's more important than ever that the decentralization, immutability and monetary maximalism of Bitcoin is protected.
If we can do that, then Bitcoin's superior monetary properties should win out in the end.
