Proof of Work 3 months and 1000 minutes of exercise. It's not much but it's an honest work. All the things that they tell you about workouts being good for you... that's true. I was always more an intelectual type, now I want to be a worriormonkk ;) The bet with myself was that if I can do 1000 minutes without any equipment I will get some, but it occurs you don't need equipment at all :) You can heavy lift anything that is heavy, surprise, surprise!
