JUST IN: A federal judge in Rhode Island β Trump appointee Mary McElroy β says Trump admin violated "several laws" in a last-min bid to force homelessness orgs to subcribe to its transgender policies in order to access a pool of $75 mil in housing grants.
McElroy ruled from bench, saying this is just latest ex of the administration "quickly throwing things up against the wall" in a ways that are "creating a lot of chaos."
