Now that we have a major influx of soon-to-be thousands of devs into Bitcoin FOSS through the Brazilian pipeline, can we also focus on programs for the inclusion of women devs in this pipeline? Do you still have an insatiable appetite for red pills, or are we allowed to lose some haters?
Imagine a wealthy person ACTUALLY lurking and being part of the broader Bitcoin developer communityβnot only listening to stories about it. This person would spend a month suing the leaders of the organized hate groups against women and Bitcoin would be fixed virtually overnight. π³
It would be a sad conclusion if the Bitcoin FOSS development world turns out to be much more broken and toxic than traditional fiat corporate structures. I hope the FreeFOSS Gender Equality initiative becomes a reality so that we can bring the war on women in Bitcoin development to a complete halt.
