I definitely need to learn a mental skill to break a certain mood. Right now my head is racing from one situation to the next (either memory or fictional) of social situations where immediately there's a heavy dispute with people being unreasonable, rude, ignorant or even bullying / gaslighting. I don't really know how or what to look for though… I want to return to a positive mindset, but current problems make this really hard.
