It feels like penalizing people for including alt text and potentially even covers up text. I would prefer to add alt text always but services that contain the "alt" penalty badge make me wish I could leave the alt text out so I can post my image without it being partially obscured It seems like the penalty badge won't be visible in screen readers anyway, so wtf
