It’s been a fascinating few years personally. Time has accelerated for me. Deliberate and drastic change has been instituted across all aspects of my life. I have forced myself to evaluate and change thoughts beliefs and methods held for half a lifetime. Along the way I gave up social technology and examined what enlightened and inspired me so long ago. I hope this place called Nostr succeeds. Or evolved to the principles of its inception. May you take each and every remaining day with meaning, purpose, and to the good of all. Headed out to mediate with my steps for the next 6+ hours. Grateful for the ability to have the time and means to train my body and more importantly mind to embrace discomfort, pain, while recoginzing joy in doing so. Max volume, max long today.
