@cool_boy_mew Analog sticks came in today. Desoldered and replaced them. Issues with stick persisted. I ended up adjusting something wire a calibration in the software and it somehow fixed itself. Resetting the analog sticks by default didn't do it I had to do some manual calibration. I ended up with an upgraded kit too that has changable sticks and a tensioner so it worked out for me in the end. 3rd time this controller has been on my bench and it just won't die.

I'm torn do I HODL or do I sell it.

I try to avoid fed posting but if I ever had the opportunity to meet Sam Altman IRL I'd have to fight every urge in my body to want to take a stick of DDR5 RAM and shove it where he'll have an awful hard time generating slop with it. Expecially when said RAM module would be better used in my PC than his sphincter.
