2025 is the year for small or one user instances. In light of all this meta mess, I am glad I invested time into learning how to host my own social media instances. I'll continue learning until I find the perfect fit. I'm angry with myself that I can't let go of this mastodon.social account. "You can move anywhere." is not really true.
