Use Google. A simple tool to learn really. When you have a mastery of Google, type in "Bitcoin". Click on an information source that appears to be what you are looking for. If insufficient, click another. Loop til satisfied.
Why do they have to report this to the IRS? Do you not understand human nature? If the company is structured properly, the IRS would not even know it existed - a web page with no address selling a product in exchange for Bitcoins. How on earth would you even find it?
