Her claim is “Just believe Netanyahu.” Absurd.

We need to be aware: Torrence Medley, a 39yo Black man, was found hanging from a tree at Brookfield Hills Golf Course on Nov 13. Police declared it a suicide. His family wants proof and transparency, and police have not provided either. They’re demanding the full investigation process and video footage, which remain unseen. Given this nation’s history of lynching Black Americans and the complicity of law enforcement, we must demand verification. Sending my prayers to the Medley family.

BREAKING: Pope Leo today announced that the Catholic Church supports Palestinian statehood. He went on to call out Netanyahu for refusing to recognize Palestinian statehood, and called for Palestinian statehood anyway. This is an important step forward.
