I have an idea on how we can eliminate a lot of this reply spam, it will include the community having to help together, I think it might work though.
If we have a very intuitive website or app where users can login and report spam, and create spam packs that users can mute.
For example one might have all of these reply bots, you could add them by filters like being able to add a bunch by a specification like all using a certain nip05, certain patterns, or by certain media links, users could then update their mute packs every so often and help add things.
