Yet another vibe coded project. Here in Uvita the quality of electrical service is horrible! We get wild fluctuations in voltage throughout the town many times a today (over 20 today). So, I built a crowd-sourced data collection pattern to help gather tangible data to compile into a formal complaint with the regulators. image

Just vibe coded this absolute beast of an app for the Guinness World Record attempt at Bitcoin Las Vegas! 🚀⚡ This app catches every single merchant transaction at the conference in real-time through BTCPayServer webhooks. The dashboard updates instantly as payments flow in - whether they're Lightning fast ⚡ or on-chain 🔗. Built this with pure flow state energy - PostgreSQL with read replicas for scaling to thousands of transactions, Phoenix LiveView for instant updates without refreshing, and Docker containerization to deploy anywhere. The dashboard shows live stats - total transactions, BTC volume, participating merchants, everything! The Guinness judges can watch the record attempt unfold in real-time. Vibe coding is real. Started with a vision last night, shipped before lunch today. All open source here: Demo page here: Try it out with a BTCPay Point of Sale here:

UPDATE:: In 6 hours, Bitcoiners from all over the world have raised more than 300 donations totaling $8k+ US! When I got to the market today to visit Estela, she had no idea what was going on. I coordinated this with her daughter and she wanted it to be a surprise for her mom. We explained to her what we were doing, showed her the tweet, how many views it already had, and her interview. She was really excited to see the interview (this is a clip from an upcoming documentary). Finally, we asked her to open her Bitcoin wallet. There were millions of sats waiting for her. We explained these were donations from fellow Bitcoiners from every corner of the Earth. Everyone broke into tears, none of us could believe the outpouring of support. After a brief moment, Estela immediately started talking about the best uses for the money. Interestingly, none of them involved a structure for her to live in. She wanted to build things for the community. Her daughter quickly reminded her that maybe she needs a roof over her head with the rainy season coming. Estela replied that yes, while it will be nice to have a roof over her head tomorrow, she has quite enjoyed sleeping in a hammock at the beach. She will rebuild her modest home, and use whatever's left to give back to the community she cares about so much. Don't let anyone tell you Bitcoin doesn't have a use case. It's right here. Bitcoin is a force for good. Bitcoiners are a force for good.
