Pizza night!
Experimental "zucchini crust pizza" — 580g blended zucchini and only 50ml water is the "wet" in the dough.
"New" Freecycle oven did a good job with the stone in it.
One pizza is Margherita style with three different tomato varieties and three different basil varieties from the #allotment; and the other generally random with some polish salami, zucchini crisps, shallot, and rocket.
