Old phone: Hey, remember why you got rid of me? *As the touch screen flakes repeatedly for no apparent reason, refusing to acknowledge my increasingly frustrated taps.*

Good morning and TZAG, friends. I got up earlier than usual #today. Only reason is a desire to make more use of my morning. I am a former night owl and have been feeling I could make more use for my own ends of the extra time I find myself with now that my body naturally wakes up so early. Some 1:1's for $dayjob ahead. Hoping to make progress on setting up for my new project. Still hoping to find some more time for creative writing. We'll see how the day unfolds.

Good morning and TZAG, friends. Moving slowly this morning because of my late night. I don't mind, felt good to have motivation to write and create. More ideas are still bubbling away in the back of my mind for the character I am in process of creating. I have a quiet $dayjob agenda, #today. I look forward to wrapping up my current coding task then putting together a preliminary work break down for my next project before tackling the 1st of 2 remaining coding tasks for my old project.

My main timeline feels more and more grim. I could use some vicarious joy. What has given you joy lately?

I spent about as much time on a laptop #today as I would have if I hadn't taken the day off. The critical difference being it was my personal laptop. I was on the couch the whole time, not closeted in my office. I spent the time on my own projects. I wrote about as much as I sometimes do for $dayjob but it was for my own site, for my own enjoyment. Small but critical differences.
