Good morning and TZAG, friends. I woke with some anxiety belly #today. My morning sit helped but still feeling some feelings now that my morning reading is done and my mug of tea is empty. Last week was a lot to process at $dayjob, many months of this project remain ahead. Current events likewise will take years to unfold one way or another. I think I have the strength needed, now contemplating how to sustain it.

I can feel old mind calling, especially after the stress of my fender bender last night and the coming hassles of working my insurance claim and getting my beloved ride restored. I am grateful for my regular recovery day. I'd like to skip my social outing but need to collect the farm veggies I was on my way to get last night. Good day to spend some extra time on the stool recharging my equanimity. #Zen

Good morning and TZAG, friends. I surprised myself #today by getting up even earlier than usual. I often am effectively awake by 5am but the last shreds of my old chronotype lead me to not getting up until later still. I think I may finally be overcoming that, drawn by the appeal of an extra quiet hour or two for reading, writing, or simply pondering. My $dayjob agenda is light, I may indulge my growing curiosity here and there, to continue learning and connecting.
