One thing I‘ve had good experience in, is to do your bed routine 3 hours before actually going to bed. Leaves you with much more energy to get the job done = no excuses for delaying sleep time.
Just imagine if you could talk with all your descendants and all future ancestors, but all of them in the same age as you. Just a nice evening, sitting on the couch and having a talk about life.
