Django people who deploy to a VPS: What is your current setup? I've always used Ubuntu, Postgres, gunicorn, and nginx. But I'm curious how people have deviated from that approach. Mostly thinking about small to medium projects, which run from a single server. #python #django

When you're maintaining a library and you've just made a release, do you bump the version immediately? Or do you wait until just before the next release? I tend to bump the version immediately, to be clear that the current state of the project reflects the next (unreleased) version. #Python
