Shop.app is bullshit. I should be able to go to your website to get shipping status information, not REQUIRING a fucking mobile phone app to get that information.
You give ALL THAT INFO on the website, EXCEPT tracking/shipping status. It's complete bullshit.
I really have to think hard, going forward, about whether I want to buy from a seller who's using this crap.
