As you might know #Facebook, when it has no 'friends' content, or stuff from groups, will try to populate your timeline with algorithmic stuff. Like, for me, it's pushing scifi, movies, Star Trek, etc from various groups I've never heard of. That's... fine... I guess. But late this year I've started noticing that it's been slipping in right-wing content: MAGA nutters, fringe right-wing "news" groups, government agencies (DoJ, White House, etc), Trump itself... To be clear, Facebook is largely disposable to me at this point, but I note this because it's a change in behavior that could have side effects on other folks who use it (or our loved ones).

Plurbin' time was a big success. Last week felt like it was just reinforcing ideas we already knew, though perhaps underscoring the EXTENT that they'll go to please her. This feels like a natural progression of that discovery, as Carol feels out the boundaries. We're starting to see her put the pieces together and actually push back -- or at least gather important data. And we got some real heartbreaking revelations about Carol's past that reveal quite a bit about her. And in doing so, Rhea Seehorn remains, unsurprisingly, one of the best actors in Vince's cinematic universe. Side note: if you showed me that door in a video game I'd have said it was a really shitty texture. But here we are: it's real. #fuckable #heroin

Back in the mid 2010s, I used to participate in these monthly "air check" compos in one of the voice acting subreddits. Basically you'd get 2-3 scripts, usually sci-fi oriented, and you just voice them however you see fit. You figure out the tone, voice style, etc. And you'd upload them and everyone else would upvote their favorites. It was a total blast, and something I looked forward to regularly. One thing I'd do, though, is embellish mine with sound effects and music -- really try to produce them into "real" ads or scenes. I just came across a bunch of them I did, and forgot about. This one, however, I went even further on. 😀 It's goofy nonsense, but I had fun. #va #voiceacting

Dickhead's official Facebook page is showing some clearly AI generated garbage of him playing soccer in the White House with a visitor. Christ, I can't wait for this nightmare to end.
